What is included in the booking confirmation?

We send a detailed email outlining the job description, placement fees, and an interview timeline. We ask you to review and confirm the job description to ensure accuracy.

How do you source candidates?

We contact our candidate pool and collect resumes, police checks, video introductions, training certificates, and references. We verify all documents, contact referees, check social media, and conduct interviews.

What is included when presenting shortlisted candidates?

You’ll receive a shortlist of 2–3 candidates with their profiles, video intros, interview availability, and consultant feedback on their suitability for your family.

How do you assist with interviews?

We coordinate interview times, provide links for virtual meetings, share sample questions, and support you with feedback afterward. We also help draft offers, negotiate salary, and prepare contracts.

What happens if the placement doesn’t work out?

We offer a replacement guarantee. For Australian families, there is a 2-week trial. For international clients, 4 weeks. If the placement isn’t a fit, we’ll help find a suitable replacement.
